Senior Analyst

A leading commercial real estate investment platform is seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst to support executive reporting, portfolio analytics, and business insights across a national real estate portfolio. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to transform portfolio, leasing, and development data into meaningful analysis that supports strategic decision-making and investor reporting.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio Reporting & Business Analysis

• Prepare recurring executive dashboards, portfolio reporting packages, and investor presentation materials
• Analyze portfolio performance, including occupancy, leasing activity, tenant mix, and development progress, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
• Support quarterly investor reporting and respond to ad hoc reporting requests from executive leadership and stakeholders
• Summarize portfolio trends and business performance through clear financial analysis and presentation materials

Data Management & Financial Reporting

• Lead monthly rent roll variance reviews to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
• Review lease transactions and supporting documentation to maintain the integrity of portfolio metrics
• Manage portfolio databases and reporting systems, ensuring accurate and reliable financial and operational data
• Partner cross-functionally with leasing, asset management, finance, and lease administration teams to support timely reporting

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, reporting quality, and overall workflow efficiency
• Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting systems to develop meaningful financial analysis and executive presentations
• Support ad hoc portfolio analysis and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, or commercial real estate analysis; title will be commensurate with experience
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals; familiarity with lease analysis and portfolio reporting preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with enterprise reporting platforms (Oracle EPM Cloud or similar) and large financial datasets preferred
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to executive leadership and investors
